In less than 20 years, starting as a digital agency with 2 people, Wunderman Thompson grew into an integrated agency with 222+ people, working for clients in Belgium and 70 other countries. Last year the agency was the first ever to be elected Creative Agency of the Year, Digital Agency of The Year, and overall Agency of The Year in a single year. What did we learn, and more importantly what’s next? Not just for our agency, but for our industry.
